Hello! Thank you for reading my profile. I am Brenda Nash, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, CCM, with a decade of experience. I enjoy working with clients motivated to change their circumstances, whether depression, poor confidence, anxiety, or relationship issues. I specialize in Self Esteem, Anxiety, Depression, Women's Issues, and Relationship Issues. However, cognitive behavior therapy is my preferred approach. I tend to utilize Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Humanistic, Strength-Based, and Integrative or Integral Psychotherapy. I believe that a therapeutic environment is conducive to positive change.
I have an innate desire to serve and care for others. During our sessions, I would build rapport with you, make introductions, explain the approach I would use and what you prefer, share what is expected from each other, and then obtain a reason for treatment and your pertinent background information to help guide you better.
I begin the first session with my clients in the same manner that I start all new relationships with an open, nonjudgmental mind.
