I'm a first-generation Xicana and trauma-informed clinician who specializes in supporting individuals navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions. Loss, whether expected or sudden, can feel deeply isolating, and no one should have to carry that pain alone. My role is to walk alongside you as you move through life's most vulnerable moments, with compassion, care, and respect for who you are and where you come from. As a grief therapist, my work centers on honoring the full range of emotions that accompany loss, including sadness, anger, confusion, and guilt.
I practice from a person in environment lens, recognizing that your story is shaped by culture, family, relationships, community, and systemic experiences. I understand the complexity of family planning, balancing career and home life, and grieving the many versions of life we once imagined.
