I have extensive experience working with clients in a variety of areas including relationship issues, couples counseling, sexual matters, family therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I work through a person- centered approach helping people overcome what they see as problems that may be affecting their everyday life. I have a passion for helping others to make sense of what they have experienced, how it has impacted them and how to move forward from these experiences so that they can achieve their goals. I believe in meeting the person where they are and working with them to get to where they want to be.
I am an eclectic therapist, which means I utilize different components of various theories of therapy to tailor my approach and to help you reach your goals. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
