I have extensive experience working with adults of all ages. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from counseling at any stage of life. I offer a safe non-judgmental environment to do so. I meet you where you are at in life and work alongside you to get you to where you want to be. Many people struggle with feeling stressed or overwhelmed in their lives. I help individuals that are experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief, relationship and attachment issues, dating as well as situational stressors they may be going through. I work with couples on building a stronger more intimate relationship.
I have certifications in several different research-based theories such as CBT, DBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I am an eclectic therapist, which means I utilize different components of various theories of therapy to tailor my approach and to help you reach your goals.
I have a passion for helping others to make sense of what they have experienced, how it has impacted them and how to move forward from these experiences so that they can achieve their goals.
