Finding serenity in the midst of all of that change and chaos can be challenging. Let me offer you a safe and compassionate space. Our conversations take place in a trauma-informed environment that is free from worry or judgement. With me as your counselor, we will foster an environment of trust where we can safely explore those topics or issues you feel are holding you back from living in freedom and the full enjoyment of your life.
In our time together, you can share your hopes, fears, dreams, goals, and life stories. I specialize in ADHD, relationship skills, emotional regulation, parenting, female empowerment, mindfulness skills, co-parenting, reunification, and adjustment to life changes. Because I value each person with whom I'm interacting with, as well as your privacy, I do not accept insurance plans, but can provide a Superbill, and offer a sliding fee scale. Since each of us carries trauma from life experiences, I focus on holistic approaches and best practices of Bessel van der Kolk. This is a space without judgement.
