Each person brings a unique story to therapy, and I draw from various therapeutic processes utilizing insight, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques to help them gain insight and feel better about their life.
I work with individuals with a wide range of emotional and interpersonal issues. Working through depression, anxiety, grief, family stressors, loneliness, relationship issues, career dilemmas, chronic/terminal illnesses, aging, and a desire for growth/self-exploration are areas with which I can help.
Moving to a post-COVID world is complicated and stressful. I provide a non-judgmental, caring environment in which I bring warmth, empathy and humor to help relieve symptoms, resolve conflicts and gain a better understanding of oneself.
