Having a safe space to talk can help you feel validated, heard, and grounded. If you are feeling stressed in life, have new or past struggles, feel overwhelmed, burned out, or want to work on your self-esteem and communication, with developing skills and processing internal changes we can make improvement to find that balance and bliss in life. You do not have to go through it alone. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working with individuals and couples who need that safe space to improve in any way. I provide therapy in English and Spanish, work with the Latino community, BIPOC, poly-affirming, and the LGBTQ+ community.
I have used CBT for many years, combined with solution-focused, EFT, and client-centered therapy. Utilizing psychotherapy to teach and have the client understand their patterns, I then work on coping skills to help reduce symptoms as we continue to process through the effects of the long-term patterns and eventually change the patterns and behaviors.
