I work with individual, couples, and families helping them through trauma, grief, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I am EMDR trained. Currently I am not accepting clients under 17 years of age.
The opportunity for self growth and empowerment are also focused upon within my therapy setting. I believe that obstacles occur in all people's lives and that working through those obstacles is worth the extra effort to continue on a smoother path through life.
