I offer a comprehensive approach to help my clients cope with their stressors and then help them reach their full potential to live a better life. I am trained in rapid trauma resolution, relaxation techniques, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy. I have experience with all age groups, medical comorbidities, PTSD, family/marriage conflicts, grief and life transitions. I deliver therapy with a compassionate, caring and spiritual approach. I am a proud member of the National Association of Christian Counselors.

Areas of expertise: Family and marriage conflicts, PTSD, adjustment/panic disorders, early stages of dementia, stress/anger management, persons suffering with cancer and kidney disease, divorce/separation and chronic pain. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy, guided imagery, mindfulness, rapid trauma resolution and other relaxation techniques.

Originally from Puerto Rico, I am bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. I have been in practice since 2003 and have experience with the local resources available in my communityI and facilitate a monthly cancer support group. I accept Medicare and many commercial insurances.
