Navigating young adulthood can be overwhelming, especially while practicing social skills, managing stress, anxiety or life transitions. Connect & Thrive is a supportive group for young adults ages 18 to 26, looking to connect, improve coping or social skills, and build confidence. The group is inclusive, so ADHD/VAST, ASD, neurotypical, and neurodiverse brains are welcome. Group Meets: Wednesday evenings from 5:00 to 6:30 beginning July 8, 2026 at Manassas Therapy Center.
