I work with adults and adolescents (age 16+) and specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, parenting challenges, or who are coping with relational, medical, and/or life stressors. I utilize a strengths-based approach with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused interventions.
I offer late afternoon and evening hours to accommodate busy work and school schedules.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Virginia and my Master's degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
