Welcome to Anew Healing Center! All of these have protected you and brought you to this point in time and I’m so grateful you are here. By combining somatic therapy with relationship and connection, healing begins. An awareness of your physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual self will begin to unfold through nervous system regulation. A sense of safety and trust in the moment emerges and the possibility of moving to a new normal begins.
I help to repair and rebuild attachment ruptures that arise from trauma occurring in utero, during birth, early childhood or throughout childhood (also called developmental trauma). This can be from a specific experience or from subtle, chronic experiences that are often thought as insignificant. I use somatic-based therapy to regulate the nervous system.

I offer sessions online or in-person Mon-Fri during the hours of 8am-6pm. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, BCBS or Wellmark for insurance or a private pay fee of $125/session.
