Our work may incorporate EMDR, clinical hypnosis, parts work, mindfulness, awareness, CBT, and other approaches to help you process trauma, develop greater compassion for yourself, feel safer within your body, and hear your self. Together, we can explore not only symptoms, but the experiences and beliefs underneath them.
I bring a significant educational and clinical background to our work, while recognizing something equally important: you are the expert in your life. My role is not to tell you who you should become, but to help you understand what has shaped you, heal what no longer serves you, and discover more fully who you already are.

Groups
Adult children of dysfunctional families
This is a process group where we engage through relational dynamics and triggers that have stemmed from growing up in a dysfunctional family environment. We explore boundary setting, process reactiveness and learn to make change through the experience of group dynamics and shared experiences. We often engage with internal family systems and use the children from dysfunctional families language to identify parts that impact interpersonal interactions and gain empowerment for the grounded Self. $110 per group.
