As we travel this path through life, we encounter both internal and external challenges. Therefore, I meet the client where they are upon the first meeting. Each stage of life and each individual is unique. I take an eclectic approach to address my client’s needs for what I assess will be most effective and also comfortable. Therapy is a directed process to move forward to live life as optimally as possible .
I have spent over 30 years as a therapist. I have specialized in treating children , adolescents, families and women’s issues. I am a trained play therapist. I have years of training in trauma therapy, loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, relational issues and other life challenges. I consider therapy a sacred healing path to share with my clients.
At any stage of life from childhood to adulthood there are difficulties that often seem too painful, confusing or insurmountable to overcome. I strive to help find clarity, hope and a direction to move forward. I consider it a privilege to engage in that process with my clients.
