Women's Sexual Abuse Survivors Process Group
The Women’s Sexual Assault Survivors Women’s Support Group is an interpersonal support group designed to provide you with a safe and supportive environment to explore the trauma you have experienced and process the impact this trauma may be having on your life. It is common for survivors to be left with a wide range of emotions, including feelings of shame, guilt, anger, fear, powerlessness, and feelings of being completely overwhelmed. The experience of sexual abuse can disrupt development and profoundly impact our adult lives, including our ability to develop supportive and meaningful relationships with healthy boundaries.
Healing from Narcissistic Abuse: Women's Survivors
The term “narcissism” has become a part of our everyday vernacular, but is often misunderstood and misattributed to self-involvement. In reality, narcissism is defined by structural deficits disguised by an inflated sense of self-importance and resulting in a lack of insight, empathy and understanding and with damaging effects on loved ones, who tend to personalize the narcissist’s bad behavior and are unequipped to deal with what comes their way, due to their own wounds. This support group helps to define narcissism and narcissistic abuse, helps participants recognize narcissistic behavior, and provide participants a safe space to heal.
