My goal for my client is to find healing! I do not want to simply teach you coping skills and tools to deal with the symptoms you are experiencing because you would never have true relief and healing. I want to find the problem in order to solve the problem. I have been very successful in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD to name a few. I constantly push myself to stay up-to-date on new studies, new ways, new discoveries. I am not only paying attention to new developments in mental health, but also physiological and environmental developments that would help the mind stay healthy.
I work hard to treat each client individually, and use the treatment modality that is best for them. I also work in neurofeedback, which gives the unconscious brain a mirror, allowing the brain to essentially fix itself. The mind always wants to stay in comfort, but the brain's way of coping does not always stand the test of time. I am here to help!
I consider it an honor to walk with my clients through their journey to a happier and healthier life. We will look at your life as a whole, as well as the specific areas that cause you discomfort. No one gets out of this life unscathed. We have to process and adapt to the changes life throws at us. I will do my very best to assist you in this journey!
