I am a trauma therapist who utilizes effective trauma treatment therapies. I practice using EMDR, Somatic Experiencing Therapy. All approaches work with the mind, body, and emotions to help support the movement through trauma. Our bodies are holding containers that will hold onto trauma until there is a pathway for release. If you are finding yourself stuck without movement, traditional therapies not working, maybe this is a new path to check into. I am ready to work alongside you to help you get to where you would like to be.
I am passionate about fostering and holding space for clients that allows them do do the deeper work to find freedom within themselves. I approach therapy from a non-judgmental, empathetic and client centered approach.
