Are you tired of living through the same things that happened in your life, especially in the past? Are you ready to begin changes for yourself that will greatly impact your current day and your future? I am a therapist who focuses on working with clients going through trauma or having past trauma. Trauma is the things that have happened to you as well as the things that didn’t happen to you in the sense of what you may have needed along the way. If you are ready for change, I am also ready to work alongside you to be able to get you to more emotional regulation and connected to yourself.
I like to integrate different therapeutic modalities as the client needs presents itself. My top focus is working with clients using EMDR therapy. This is one of the few therapeutic approaches that helps remove trauma from the body to allow you to have a more neutral way of viewing and experiencing the life events that of happened to you.
It’s an honor and a privilege to be able to work with clients and see changes over time with our work together. I truly value the opportunity to be able to help people be the whole version of themselves as well as find enjoyment in life or specific areas of life again.
