Bree treats a variety of mental health concerns with a specialization in the treatment of anxiety, depression, college-age issues, trauma, and disordered eating. She is trained in evidence-based interventions with demonstrated efficacy in assisting individuals in living a more satisfying and engaged life.
Approaching clients with curiosity, warmth, and openness, she strives to create a safe environment for exploration of relational patterns, attachment wounds, and unmet needs. Her insight-oriented approach empowers individuals to discover their strength and develop an understanding of how they can best meet their present-day needs.
