It seems to me that at the core of what we want is to know we are loved and deeply known. We want connection and peace with ourselves, family members, partners, and friends. I walk alongside clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self esteem issues, identity, parenting issues, anger, and life transitions. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and couples. I also have experience working with blended families, infidelity, separation, and sexual concerns. I am only available to meet clients online.
Trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, my hope is that the therapy experience is different from anything an individual, couple or family has ever tried before. I bring a warm, calming presence to the therapy room, hoping for clients to accept themselves and their pain as they work through their presenting problem.
