Welcome to my therapeutic space. I am honored to guide you on your journey toward healing and growth. As an LCMHC, my approach to therapy combines Adlerian psychology, person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and IFS to create a supportive environment where every client feels understood and valued. I specialize in treating addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My approach is tailored to help you overcome these challenges and achieve personal growth.
My approach to providing therapy is client-centered and outcome-focused. I aim to meet each client where they are, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their challenges and goals. I believe in empowering clients by helping them understand their unique neurology, create sustainable strategies for change, and embrace their authentic selves.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be their authentic selves. My sessions are collaborative and focused, with an emphasis on compassion, respect, and a sense of empowerment.
