I'm Bree, a geek on a quest to help others in my community navigate the online and physical world. Whether you need couple therapy, or just need some extra guidance on your personal quest, allow me to be your guide. I enjoy working with clients with a variety of life experiences and backgrounds, on topics including mood disorders, ADHD, working in tech, career issues, and communication/relationship issues (both romantic and non-romantic).
My ideal client and couple is looking for a person-centered, conversational approach. You already have the skills needed to persevere- therapy is simply a tool to help you unlock them. I believe in the therapeutic power of games and their ability to be a tool used to tackle mental health issues, and can incorporate these into our work, on a client-led basis.
