Parenting and childhood can be deeply rewarding but also incredibly challenging. When trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or family stress enter the picture, it can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with children ages 3 and up, parents, families, and adults experiencing trauma to create a supportive space where healing and growth can happen. This may include play therapy and trauma-focused interventions for children, family sessions to improve relationships, parenting sessions to build confidence, and trauma-focused individual therapy for adults.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and family relationship concerns. Using CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, child-centered play therapy, attachment-based interventions, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and structural and family systems approaches, I tailor treatment to meet each client's unique needs.
I believe people thrive when they feel supported, understood, and empowered. I am here to help families break the cycle of trauma and build stronger relationships to promote healing in all aspects of life.
