I believe you have the ability to resolve all that hurts and to do so you must consider getting quiet and looking inward first. I believe your natural state of being is peaceful and I am here to support you in remembering that state. I work well with clients who are curious to expand their awareness through self-inquiry, with the ultimate goal of living their most free, fulfilled, and empowered life.
I work from a psychodynamic lens which means I am curious about your first family system, how it impacted/informed your nervous system, guides you unconsciously, and keeps you stuck in outdated, unfulfilling, & hurtful relational patterns as an adult. I invite clients to create a relationship with their inner child through re-parenting & re-patterning work.
I also work from a psycho-somatic lens and believe embodiment is mandatory for healing. I am curious about the ways you escape yourself (i.e. over-thinking, scrolling, emotional-eating, staying busy) when difficult thoughts & emotions arise. I support clients to create safety within themself so that they can stay present with emotional pain when it visits.
