Many adults I work with feel like they should be capable, yet are often struggling with confidence while feeling overwhelmingly stuck, stressed, anxious, or burnt out by work or life demands. They often report also living with ADHD, AuDHD, autism, or chronic health conditions. Many value understanding the "why" behind their experiences and are ready to practice the "how" through support that treats emotional dysregulation, increases mind–body connection, improves relational understanding and practical skills that build capacity and support sustainable daily functioning across life, work, and relationships.
Using neuro-affirming techniques, I help you build regulation, coping skills, and functional life frameworks through creative and experiential work. Sessions include real-time skills practice, mind–body awareness, and applied strategies to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, and sustainable daily functioning in work, life and relationships.
