I have been providing counseling for over 20 years. I am a Certified EMDR therapist. I have worked in inpatient psychiatric facilities before working as an outpatient therapist. My specialty focuses on depression, anxiety, and trauma ages 14 and up. I employ an eclectic approach with emphasis on; EMDR, IFS informed EMDR, attachment, Mindfulness,DBT,CBT
