I draw from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support your growth, insight, and emotional healing.
I specialize in supporting emerging adults through life transitions—college, identity exploration, relationship changes, and/or stepping into independence. I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients and strive to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and affirmed.
