A place of healing an camaraderie for people who have survived abuse by a narcissistic partner. We'll use Dr. Ramani Durvasula's book "It's Not You" as our guiding text. Over the ten weeks, you'll learn important skills for moving on from a narcissistic relationship, armoring yourself against narcissistic abuse and manipulation in the future, and finding the confidence to live, love and be your most authentic self again.
