My approach to counseling is holistic, encompassing each of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is also a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), I incorporate art, music, wellness and recreational aspects in the counseling process.
My experience is in adolescent age 12+ and adult mental health with a focus on single parents, divorce recovery, domestic violence, blended families, and people struggling with anxiety and depression.
