As a therapist, I am dedicated to addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I offer counseling to adolescents (16+) and adults, both in-person and online by telehealth. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I honor the unique experiences and strengths each person brings to the therapeutic relationship.

I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Somatic Psychotherapy approaches. I integrate these modalities into my practice, working collaboratively with clients to tailor sessions to their individual needs.

I believe that healing happens in a space of safety, authenticity, and connection. As a therapist, I strive to create a calm, compassionate environment where clients feel genuinely seen and supported.
