We’ll work on changing them so you can feel more connected to yourself and the people who matter to you.
I specialize in trauma and relationship therapy for adults who are tired of understanding their patterns but still feeling stuck in them. We’ll look at how trauma, betrayal, anxiety, and past relationships are shaping your reactions, choices, and sense of self. Then we’ll work on changing what keeps repeating so insight becomes something you can live.
