About
** Immediate Openings **** Are you ready to take the first step to heal from past trauma? Have you experienced unhealthy relationship patterns? Regardless, if that hurt happened in childhood, from a past relationship, or is currently present in your life, all struggles are valid and deserve attention. I'm here to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to grow, gain insight, and help you along your journey toward healing and change.
I work with clients who have experienced trauma, have a history of domestic abuse or intimate partner violence, anxiety, depression, stress, shame, and through life transitions. I help clients recognize and utilize their strengths to achieve their goals. I believe counseling is a collaborative experience, and I will adjust my approach based on your needs.
I hope to provide you with a compassionate space to process your experiences and gain the skills to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you. Give me a call to schedule our first session, and together we can take the steps necessary to establish your version of healing.
