I earned a clinical Master's in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a professional Doctorate of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. I have 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults on a variety of concerns ranging from life stressors and adjustments to more complex behavioral health needs. I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, Trauma, Mood & Anxiety disorders, Lifestyle changes and Adjustment from Life Stressors.
I use a variety of treatment approaches tailored to the need, learning style and concern of the individual. I believe that each person is unique and work with them to customize their treatment plan based on their goals for therapy.
