I love working with teen girls and young women struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, body image, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and OCD. However, I welcome any person and would be honored to share in your healing journey!
I understand that recovery is a process and you are not a person who needs to be fixed, but rather someone who needs support and a safe space for healing. I am HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned and I use a humanistic approach, free of judgement, and full of empathy. I am also trained in EMDR and use interventions rooted in CBT, DBT, and ERP.
I know what it's like to feel as if you're living on autopilot and I understand feelings of hopelessness and loneliness that come with navigating mental health. Recovery is possible and I am dedicated to helping you get to a place where you can say, "Been there, WON that!"
