About
We are each on our own path, and it is through our relationships and experiences with ourself, others, and the world around us that we begin to grow and heal. Life itself can hold us back from engaging in the growth and change we wish to see. Whatever difficulties you may be experiencing, whether it be generational trauma, issues with attachment, struggling with depression, your spirituality, or any other distressing experience, I will walk the path with you, as I believe healing is a journey in which you do not have to walk alone.
In my practice, I use a person-centered, culturally sensitive, and integrative approach, while utilizing modalities like MI, CBT, and traditional talk therapy. I also offer guidance for those looking to incorporate their spirituality. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, and provide a space that is non-judgemental, compassionate, and empowering.
I understand it can be difficult to find the right therapist– that’s why I offer a free 15-minute virtual consultation. From there, we can decide if I am the right fit to support and join you on your healing journey.
