I provide a collaborative yet challenging environment. I use various interventions such as CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, trauma based, and mindfulness. I provide psychoeducation and tools that help regulate symptoms of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, familial/relational dynamics, and life changes/transitions.
