Many times people find themselves at a place in life where they find it difficult to move towards their goals in life. Goals vary from person to person; but they are important to who we are. Obstacles might include past "hang-ups", lack of self trust, or feeling unmotivated or overwhelmed with life's circumstances. There may be times the individual wonders if things will always be a certain way, or they may wonder if there is something they are missing. They desire to move past the obstacles and achieve their goal.
I am someone who will listen without judgment, ask questions, and celebrate each progress made. I can assist you in identifying and changing thoughts or actions which make you feel stuck. Using a biblical perspective of humanity (we are of body, spirit and soul), I provide Christ-centered counseling to focus on wholeness, bringing hope and restoration.
