I’m passionate about working with both adults and children around themes of identity and spirituality, life transitions, relationship and communication challenges, neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma, and perinatal experiences for people of all genders. Interpersonal Neurobiology helps inform my understanding of the human experience. I help clients examine their beliefs, reclaim their agency, and cultivate self-acceptance.
