I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming (and part of these communities myself) and strive for equity through person-centered care. I want to create an opportunity for you to show up as yourself. The space we create together will be rooted in your own goals and the idea that you are the expert in your own life.
Our sessions will be laid back, affirming and I utilize a direct, but warm approach. My specialties include complex trauma work, attachment wounds and identity work. Therapy modes I utilize include EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, and IFS/parts work with particular focus on using somatic and experiential models to process trauma.
