Breann Beardslee-Zamudio is not currently accepting new clients.
I have experience providing treatment to both adults and adolescents struggling with issues related to conduct, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. I have a passion for working with adolescents and believe that creating meaningful therapeutic connections allow them to feel safe exploring struggles related to mental health and the impact of these struggles on their functioning.
I use a combination of modalities in working with individuals and families including techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), MATCH-ADTC model, and strength-based approaches.
I believe in creating an environment for clients to learn how to tolerate and express uncomfortable feelings, and collaborating with clients to create meaningful change.
