I use EFT, CBT, and Attachment to bring healing. I believe we shouldn't go through life alone; there is hope! The free consult helps us review your needs. In the intake we identify/discuss goals and how we will meet them. Through safe, empathetic, and integrative sessions you can feel heard, and gain the tools and support you need to begin moving forward.
When I struggled with self-esteem, relationships, sense of purpose, and getting stuck in loops/patterns, I was alone. I became a therapist to be the person that I didn't have but needed throughout my life. Humans are hardwired for connection, and when we are/feel disconnected, we feel so much pain. I'm here with you to understand and navigate that distress.
