I provide a nonjudgmental safe space for those looking to lessen anxiety, get to the core of pressing difficulties, learning to love yourself, and connect to your inner being. My approach is not a "one size fits all" method and is client-led. My goal is to guide you on reconnecting to yourself and building your self-trust so that you can get unstuck and create your own happiness. My therapy approach is soul-centered, client-focused, human-focused and these benefit clients in that they feel heard, seen, connected, in the midst of chaos.
I offer individual counseling only. I am tactfully direct in my approach after building therapeutic trust. I will assist in the expansion of what is already within each individual; the complete opposite of dependency between the therapist and client. I use words such as "energy", "spine", "nervous system" and "brain" when approaching healing.
Taking the first step into therapy can be difficult. There are questions of what can this person help me with? How can I trust them after being hurt by others? Will they judge me? My approach looks at you, the client, as the expert of your life. I am here to assist you in the process of self-discovery.
