In a world where strength is often synonymous with silence, I aim to offer a sanctuary for those feeling the weight of the world. I provide a safe haven for individuals and couples alike. Together, we navigate the complexities of life, unraveling the knots of uncertainty and pain. My mission is to facilitate personal and relational healing, guiding you towards a place of self-worth and happiness. Let's embark on this journey together, where vulnerability is embraced, and growth is inevitable.
While I have experience in many areas, I specialize in helping those who struggle with anger and emotional regulation, communication, life transitions, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I also offer equine assisted psychotherapy at an equine facility located in Templeton, CA.
The benefits of relational work with me: foster respect, affection and closeness, build and share a deeper connection with each other's inner world, keep conflict discussions calm, breakthrough and resolve conflict gridlock, strengthen and maintain the gains in your relationship.
