At Breaking Cycles, we pride ourselves on authenticity, creating safe spaces, and supporting clients as they navigate life on their own terms. Our team of four clinicians is dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors each individual’s unique journey. We recognize that environmental and societal factors play a major role in shaping who we are. Our experiences influence how we think, feel, and show up in the world. With this understanding, our practice is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are. At Breaking Cycles, our goal is to walk alongside you.
Our work centers on supporting BIPOC individuals and families, helping clients build confidence, strengthen boundaries, and manage life’s challenges with clarity and resilience. Using approaches like CBT, SFBT, Psychodynamic, Strength-Based, and Attachment-Based therapy, we tailor care to meet diverse needs and goals.
We are currently accepting new clients who reside in Washington, DC and Maryland. We look forward to working with you on journeying through life.
