I'm here to help you get back on track one step at a time. I specialize in using mindfulness and CBT to help you manage symptoms and gain motivation and confidence.
I'm passionate about incorporating faith and guidance of God into traditional therapy for those open to it. I have always done my best to put God in the center of my life and hope to help others by using this to provide healing.
While Christian counseling is my specialty my therapy can include this aspect or not based on your preferences and needs. I pride myself on being respectful and caring toward all people and belief systems.
