About
As a Licensed Psychologist, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I am here to support your journey. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, and supporting new or expecting mothers. We will work collaboratively, gaining insight into your thoughts and behaviors, so you can achieve a better understanding of your inner self. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them identify their personal strengths, leading them to find their true potential.
My therapeutic style is derived from a variety of modalities, including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solutions-focused.
From our first contact, my goal is to build a trusting relationship with you. I take pride in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for all. We will create goals that fit your individual needs. We will work at your pace, and I welcome feedback so you receive the best care possible. When you are ready, please reach out so we can begin your healing process.
