I became a therapist after 7 years of working in the settings of long-term, palliative and hospice care. These experiences have proven beneficial, as I now provide individual and couples counseling to those experiencing life transitions, trauma, grief, relationship stressors, medical conditions, attachment concerns and mental health conditions.
I take a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy, as I highlight the connection between the mind and body and aim to utilize practices to deepen your understanding of this connection in your own life.
