About
Have you been feeling clouded by self-doubt? Do things feel heavier than usual? Do you have a desire to explore yourself and your life on a deeper level? Questions about your past choices bombard you throughout the mornings. Your nights are highlighted with worries about the future. Managing each day is a task that continues to be unfulfilling without the right support. After years of taking care of others, you are now in need of someone neutral who will allow you to express yourself openly and genuinely. I am passionate and dedicated to helping you experience relief and growth in ways that are personally meaningful for you.
As we work together, you will invest in healthy habits that provide a balance of experiencing your emotions and establishing coping skills. I have helped older adults and adults coping with grief/loss, relationship issues, and problems with self/interpersonal empathy. Whatever stage of life you are currently in - you matter.
My training from the Michigan School of Psychology Clinic creates a compassionate space that ensures all thoughts and feelings you have feel important and understood. Together, we will work toward fostering empowerment and building your self-esteem. I am currently supervised by Dr. Howard Moore, PhD, LP and Dr. Nicole Law, PsyD, LP.
