As a queer, non-binary therapist, my work emphasizes creating a space for other voices and individuals on the gender and sexuality spectrums. I work with all mental health concerns, however my specialty is supporting clients navigating chronic illness and/or neurodivergence. I have lived experience with these conditions and want every person to feel heard and seen.
It is important to meet people where they are at. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness/self compassion to help stabilize the nervous system. I work to individualize my care to client and continue to expand my skillset.
Whether it's in person or telehealth, my sessions are a judgment-free zone. I work to acknowledge that emotions and unique experiences make us human. The ups and downs of our life journey are something to grow through- I am here to support you along the way.
