I want to hear your story. I have a specific credentialing in trauma, EMDR Certified. Prior to the private practice world, I worked in addictions residential treatment, college counseling, and crisis stabilization. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and family work.
In 2018, I obtained a specialization in Sports Counseling to combine my passion of sports and personal experience as a high level athlete- I work with injury, performance anxiety & self-doubt.
