Let's take things one breath at a time, slowing down instead of rushing through the hard parts. I don’t believe in fixing or solving everything all at once in the hopes it does not reoccur. Instead, I offer space for curiosity, vulnerability, and connection, because that’s often where healing begins. Together we’ll practice being with your experiences, not just getting past them.
I work with people facing all kinds of mental health and personal life challenges, and I especially love helping clients untangle old patterns and build new ones that feel more like them. My approach is relational and Humorous, humanistic, honest, warm, and collaborative.
Our first session gives me the opportunity to be transparent about my approach. I’m not the therapist who will tell you what to do or give quick answers. I focus more on helping you understand your patterns, your emotional responses, and what’s driving your decisions so you can move in a way that actually aligns with who you want to be.
