I'm passionate about working with clients of all identities and backgrounds. I help my clients identify and leverage their strengths while helping them feel supported, validated and grounded. I hope to develop a deep understanding of my clients' struggles and to facilitate their movement into feeling valued and worthy.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. Treatment is an act of collaboration, and I invite my clients to show up authentically, moving at their own pace. I draw from DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based therapy to help clients develop resilience, groundedness, and meaningful relationships.
